Q: What made you decide to lose weight?

A: I have two daughters and a wife who needs a healthy and fit husband/dad. I also would get to the top of the stairs and be out of breath. I couldn’t reach down without sitting down to do my shoe laces up. I’d go red in the face and struggle to breathe properly.

Q:  How did your plan fit into your lifestyle?

A: It fitted in well because I work 12hr shifts and I’m out the house from breakfast time to after dinner time so being able to just grab my Exante products made it so much easier than having to get in late from work and then prepare my meals for the next day.

Q: When did you first notice a difference?

A: After a few days I noticed my bloated belly had gone and I felt lighter and had more energy.

Q: How has your life changed since losing weight? Tell us your story.

A: Since losing weight I have attempted a 100km walking challenge and I’ve even started to ride my bike again. I’m able to run and even leap up the stairs and bend over to do my laces up without struggling. I can fit into a lot of my old clothes again. I had an ACL knee reconstruction done about 5 or 6 years ago and now I rarely get pain in my knees from the excess weight I was carrying around. I feel happier and have more energy. My wife can put her arms around me again when she hugs me. I can run around after my daughters.

Q: What is your next goal?

A: My next goal is to get down to 13 stone and under by my families holiday in September as we’re going abroad.

Q: What made you decide to lose weight?

A: I have the best year ahead with weddings, hen dos, birthdays and about 6 holidays I knew I wouldn’t enjoy myself looking how I did. I set myself a goal, to be slim and happy for my 30th Birthday in July!

Q: What have you learnt during your journey with Exante?

A: I’ve learnt to like myself again. It’s not all about the scales changing each week, it’s the inches you lose and how you see your body changing each week – I love it!

Q: How did your plan fit into your lifestyle?

A: No problem at all! If I have a social event on I make sure I have bars before I attend and stick to water or Diet Coke, if I have a planned meal or something where I have to eat I always go for chicken and salad! It’s about making the diet your own and doing what works best for you!

Q: When did you first notice a difference?

A: About 3 weeks in – my tummy was smaller!

Q: How has your life changed since losing weight? Tell us your story.

A: I still have a few lbs to go until I hit goal, but my confidence has shot through the roof! It’s amazing that wearing clothes that don’t pull on you or without having to undo your top bottom how good that can make you feel, my mood is so much happier and I can see myself enjoying the summer and not feeling fat and frumpy in clothes!!

Q: What is your next goal?

A: To hit 9.7 and to get my legs thinner – gym gym gym
