The ITV programme, presented by Sian Williams and Ranj Singh, featured six dieters looking to lose weight after piling on the summer pounds. Bride-to-be Victoria, a 39-year-old housing association employee from London, first weighed in 20 stone 3lb. At 9 stone overweight with a BMI of 46 and a wedding dress to squeeze into, Victoria was desperate to drop a dress size in time for her big day.
