How to use Exante Golden Syrup Porridge?
The Exante Golden Syrup Porridge can be used as part of our Total Solution plan for quick weight loss or as a meal replacement to complement a calorie-controlled diet. All our Exante Soups, Shakes, Bars and Meals are enriched with over 22 vitamins and minerals and are high in protein and fibre. Eating three Exante Diet products a day will provide you with 100% of your EU Recommended Intake (RI) for vitamins and minerals.
- Empty the packet into a bowl and add 100ml (3.4 fl.oz) of cold water.
- Stir well and leave to sit for 1 to 3 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick pan and add a small amount of oil or fry light.
- Pour your mix into the hot pan and cook over high heat for a minute on each side.
