To everyone following our Total Solution plan, staying in ketosis is probably top of your priority list. However, there will be a number of you also wanting to introduce conventional foods into your diet, particularly during your food weeks, or once you are closer to your goal. So we’ve put together a list of simple, healthy recipes to keep you in ketosis.
Ketosis Recipe 1: Courgette and Dill Soup
Not only is this soup perfect during these colder months, but it’s a great pick-me-up if you are feeling under the weather. This is one of our favourite ketosis recipes and is super easy to make. Courgettes are low calorie and high in fibre and water content and therefore keep you feeling satisfied, without sabotaging your weight loss goals. It’s so low in calories in fact that you could add a sprinkle of cheese to finish it off! Strong flavours like mature cheddar or parmesan will work great and add extra protein and about 40 calories to the dish.

2: Smoked Cod with Stir-Fried Vegetables
This healthy and delicious recipe can be enjoyed on any of our diet solution plans. With very little prep time and an easy method, this is a great choice for a dinner with the family or a speedy go-to on a busy evening. You can enjoy this recipe with either cod or haddock, just be sure to look for undyed versions, as these will contain less salt.

3: Cajun Turkey with Avocado Salad
Turkey is low in fat, high in protein and cooks quickly – all ideal when following a weight loss plan. This recipe is a perfect lunch option you can prepare the night before and because it’s ketosis friendly, it contains one of our favourite healthy fats – avocado.

4: Steak and Broccoli Stir Fry
Craving a take-away on your new plan? This steak and broccoli stir-fry is an amazing alternative and will keep you in ketosis. With rich red meat and tender broccoli, this ketosis friendly dish is always a favourite. Why not make up a large portion and freeze some for a speedy lunch another day?

5: Celery Sticks with Cream Cheese
Every heard that eating celery burns more calories than you consume? Although we know this is not technically true, it’s as near as, so we’ll take it! Combine this is low calorie, high protein cream cheese and it’s a winning combination. This is the ideal snack to keep you satisfied, all whilst keeping you in ketosis with it’s very low calorie and low carb content. Taking just seconds to prepare too means you will never have to panic when the cravings set in.

6: Keto Pizza
Did somebody say pizza? Yes, WE did! This ketosis-friendly pizza is the perfect indulgence without any of the usual salts, sugars and saturated fats that come with the take-away favourite. With only a few simple ingredients, it’s a quick-fix for those cravings and keeps you in ketosis. Oh, and did we mention it tastes delicious?!
