Tried everything, so took a deep breath and placed my order.. Starting weight 13.8. What could happen. Struggled at first for two days but put that down to sulking more than anything, enjoyed the variety of the starter pack, some really good, others not my taste. However they filled me up and by day three the ketosis kicked I which gave me more energy. Two weeks in more purchased as wow weight 12.3. I'm going to stick it through with this feel good, fee full, easy least to prepare and weight loss!

I didn't have top wait long for my order to be delivered. It arrived a lot earlier than I expected. The meal replacement sachets are very easy to use and actually quite tasty. My favourite is the pasta carbonara :) If you follow and stick to the diet correctly you notice quick results, like I have :)

absolutely disgusting tried to return but I had used it waste of money its a pure liquid diet how the can call it a meal when its not I don't know!

Bought two starter packs for myself and my husband, was a bit disappointed to realise today (17th January) that the porridge oats went off on the 10th January. They only got delivered on 6th January. Only realised as I was making one this morning, I should have checked the dates when they were delivered. That said, the porridge (both plain and apple and cinnamon) are delicious so are the shakes. Not a big fan of the carbonara or shepherds pie but I've lost 5lbs after 5 days so very happy!

Great selection of products and excellent value for money. The diet is very easy to follow especially once ketosis kicks in First time using Exante products and lost 6 lbs in the first week Would definitely recommended using the diet for initial fast weight loss results

I'm still using my shakes, porridge and soups all of which are excellent. They do fill you up, even though they are fluids. I'm having an evening meal, which I now feel hunger pangs for. In the past, I never really listened to my body if I was hungry or not. The Exante diet is teaching me this. I have lost 6lbs so far! I'm very happy with the results up to now, and I will be ordering the new flavours of shakes too. I like the Exante Diet because, I'm not going hungry, instead I'm controlling my calorie in take, and being more mindful about my food choices for my main meal of the day. This is the first diet I've been on which doesn't make me feel ill either. Thank you Exante.

Really tastes good easy to use and arrived quickly! Only on day three but don't feel hungry can't wait to see results!

I saw a groupon offer and through great I'm going away in two weeks had I have put on 2.5stones so this deal was perfect. I would suggest picking the food you want I had quite a bit of vegetable soup in my two week pack (this is already picked for me). The first week was the hardest, I kept seeing food I didn't need but wanted esp living in an Asian house hold. I had one set back at a wedding reception, but overall 1.5 days left and 0.5 stones lost. I would recommend this diet
