Exante Diet 4 Week Starter Pack

I expected my box to include some kind of meal plan, which it did not, had to download it, but makes it really impractical not to have it handy with the supplies. Tried the one and only product: shepherds pie, and was not too bad before the microwave bit, and then it just was as unappealing as it can be, looked like dog food me did not taste nice. It has put me of trying any of the rest. Also recently noticed that all these bags are due to expire in December, which means that if I delay the start on my diet most products will be past their eat by date....

Compared tp the cambridge diet exanet is fab. The food pack are ok in taste. Really cant stomach the soups but everything else is fine. I have lost 4lbs in my first week. I have another 20lbs to go

This is perfect to start off with let's you explore what you like . I love the strawberry shakes when blended it tastes like mcdonalds milkshake ! Surprisingly I'm not even hungry and i have to force my self to have my third pack , I'm 26 stone so a big girl to ! I'm on week 2 and have loosed 8 pound and 3 inches off my waist already ! Don't put it off any longer it truly works !!!

I decided to try out the Exante diet as I needed to loose a bit of weight and I find it easier if I have something to follow. My products were delivered quickly and I was given a leaflet which explained all the diets and I picked the one that was best for me. The products are easy to make and don't taste to bad for diet food. I like the soup and the porridge the best. I lost 2lbs in the first week which is a whole bag of sugar!!! I also found a great Facebook page full of lovely people who give support aslnd amazing success storeys. They also give tips on the diet and how to make the products taste better etc. So Exante is working for me!!

Hi All! I have been on a high protein diet for a long time and it is the only thing I have tried that seems to work. After looking at the nutritional content of these meal replacements I thought that they would be worth trying due to their high protein low calorie mix. I haven't been able to try all the meals yet, the carbonara is the only ready meal ive tried, personally it wasn't thick enough for my liking but I am going to try mixing it up with a little less water next time and see if that helps, I think its going to be a trial and error process. The shakes are what I have been impressed with, they mix really well and are thick, because of their high protein content they make you feel fuller for longer so you are less likely to snack between meals. They also offer a good variety of flavours so you are less likely to get bored (strawberry one is very yummy!) I think my next purchase will be shakes and bars only but still this was very good value for money

Think this is a brill purchase. Gives you a variety of things to try out and find out what works for you. Its worth the buy just for the selection that it includes. After trying this pack i now feel more comfortable in what works for me and what i would purchase more of.

This is the first time I have tried this diet and so far I am impressed. I haven't been on it long but I can safely say they taste good and have the lasting effect in that I don't feel hungry on them at all. Very impressed, great product and great taste.

After trying similar shake diets before, i am very impressed at the great tasting shakes, they are delicious especially strawberry, the mix so well in the shaker when needed at work, which is great, of course using the blender they are even better! porridge is lovely and so filling, enjoying soups Thai and vegetable are favourites. The main meals i struggle with more to be honest the Carbonara is ok but i have not been able to get an appetite to have the Sheppard's pie or spag boll again. when i order again i will order the bars instead of the main meals.
