Exante Diet
The shakes and the soups are really nice and quite tasty but sadly the meals are not so nice, they dont look or smell appetising and have little or no taste, I was very disappointed in the meals. The soups however are really nice very tasty! the porridge doesnt seem to thicken up, which is a shame as it does taste quite nice!

Shakes
Not tried the bars yet, but been taking the shakes, strawberry and chocolate for a few days and surprised how really nice they are. I expected them to have a synthetic taste, but pleasantly surprised. I've never liked milkshakes, so was not expecting these shakes to be that nice. Well pleased I started on them. Just having one at lunchtime at the moment, as lunch is always a problem if you are trying to cut out bread. One shake seems to satisfy me too, until my evening meal.
