Cooking Instructions
Peel the lid and add 180ml (6fl.oz) of boiling water. Stir Well. Leave to stand for 5 minutes stirring occasionally.

Daal pot
My favourite. I live in Asia and it just provides the taste I am looking for. It looks like a meal and I find it satisfying. Bring on more Asian flavours.

Best meal replacement
I love this pot meal. It is easy to prepare and also convenient to take out. Gives me the chance to add spices and herbs to make it even more palatable

Wow! Didn’t like the look of this when I first added the water but after 5 mins and a quick stir I had a taste and it was really lovely. A bit more substantial than a soup or shake. Taste is really nice. Will definitely order more!

Love Indian Dahl (but I hate hot curries!)
I can really enjoyed & recommend the Indian style Dahl meal. I tried first last night and was quite prepared to ditch it. I love Indian curries but only the gentle flavours eg. Korma/Pasanda type styles. I found it was very tasty especially as I allowed myself some extra calories... a spoon of 0% Fage Yogurt and a teaspoon of mango chutney! I will be ordering LOTS in future!

My favourite so far
Absolutely love this one, it's by far my favourite meal so far, have ordered loads of them, I even had 2 on one day. Perfectly quick and easy to make whilst working or to take on the road with a flask of hot water if needed. I haven't tried the beef and black bean but I've heard that' s pretty good too. I add a little extra water and cover it back up while it's sitting for 5 minutes, comes out perfect and very edible.

So glad I tried this product! Very tasty and great to take to work with you. I've just ordered a box of 16 to keep me going :-) I'm only 5 days in on the total solution plan and I have already lost 7lbs!
