Amazing!!
I was so apprehensive trying this, but it works, I lost 4lb in the first week! The shakes are so tasty and not like others which can be really powdery; my favourite is the Cherries and Berries.

Absolutely love the shakes, fit in so well with my lifestyle!! Impressive speedy delivery too. Only gripe was the '24' banana flavoured shakes..... A little more variety would have been good, a maximum of 12 of any specific flavour, just incase your not too keen on that one! ;)
