The Exante 4 Week Fruity Shakes 5:2 Fasting Pack can be used as a total diet replacement plan or use each product individually as a meal replacement to complement a calorie-controlled diet. Eating three Exante products a day will provide you with 100% of your Recommended Daily Allowance (RDAs). All Exante shakes are enriched with 27 vitamins and minerals and are high in protein and fibre.
To use, add water and follow the instructions outlined on the individual product packs. It is important that products are used as directed and that you maintain an adequate daily fluid intake. For best results add 20 minutes of exercise daily.

I have three fruity shakes a day Hoping my diabetes may go away All the shakes I have I love Three stone lost drinking the above Not much more that I can say While loosing weight the Exante way.

Better than expected
First time having shakes I thought they would be watery power filled & tasteless because you just add water. I was very wrong these are creamy quite thick & very tasty. The only slight negative is that some are very sweet the vanilla I thought would be bland it's very sickly sweet.

This is my first order. I was unsure if I was going to like them and thought they would taste horribe like alot of diet products do. I was so impressed. The shakes are very tasty. I enjoyed every flavour in the pack. Starting the shakes has kick started my diet. I have found it easy to stick to and am not craving the foods I used to eat. I would recommend exante 100%

Tasty and filling
These shakes have really helped me get going with the 5:2 diet, they are tasty and surprisingly satisfying, my son tasted one the other day and now keeps steeling them as he finds them so tasty! It is also easier to not have to think what to make and you know exactly how many calories you are having.
