MICROWAVE: Remove sleeve and pierce film lid in several places. Cook on full power, leave to stand for 1 minute, stir and serve. OVEN: Decant into an oven-proof dish and place in a preheated oven for 20-25minutes, syir and serve.Tray is not suitable for oven heating.

This is a tasty authentic flavoured curry. Generous portion size which filled the plate and 20 minutes later I actually felt fully satisfied but not bloated.
