How to use Exante Diet Box of 7 Pasta, Ham and Mushroom Soup?
The Exante Diet Box of 7 Pasta, Ham and Mushroom Soup can be used as part of an Exante Diet plan for quick weight loss or as a meal replacement to complement a calorie-controlled diet. All Exante Diet soups, shakes, bars and meals are enriched with over 22 vitamins and minerals and are high in protein and fibre. Eating three Exante Diet products a day will provide you with 100% of your EU Recommended Intake (RI) for vitamins and minerals.
Cooking Instructions
Empty the packet into a bowl or large mug and slowly add 220ml (7.5fl.oz) of hot water. Stir well. Microwave on high for 1 minute 30 seconds. Stir again before reutrning to the microwave for a further 1 minute 30 seconds.

Delicious! Yum! Yum! Yum!

PASTA HAM AND MUSHROOM SOUP
Was sceptical over this, but it is very nice. I thought that it would be a small portion but it is quite filling and love the flavour.

Satisfying!
This is probably my favourite Exante diet product, so much more satisfying than a regular soup, more of a meal, actually. The addition of the pasta makes for a satisfying lunch or dinner, and to ramp up the flavour, I sometimes add two chopped mushrooms and some Lazy Chilli. Delicious!

Really Filling
I bought this to have a cup a soup at work so people didn't know that I was slimming. However, it is really thick and quite like a carbonarra. It is really tasty, my daughter now says to me 'oh is that the nice one' when I have it at home. I will definitely be buying it again as it feels like a real meal. Thank you
