Cooking Instructions
Empty the packet into a bowl and add 160ml (5.4 fl.oz) of warm water. Stir well. Microwave on high for 1 minute 30 seconds. Stir again and microwave for a further 1 minute 30 seconds. Leave to stand for 2-3 minutes before consuming.

Tasty meal
Easy to make, tasty meal. Portion control at its easiest, add water and go! A tasty dinner in 2 minutes, I like my food spicy so add a little hot pepper sauce. So glad I've found this diet that I can really work with, no starving yourself with just shakes.
