Cooking Instructions
Microwave: Tear pouch and place in the middle of a microwave and heat for 2 1/2 minutes (850w) Hob: Decant into a pan stirring occasionally on a medium heat until pipping hot.
If you are currently taking medication or have a pre-existing medical condition “Exante Diet” recommend obtaining the advice from a Doctor or Physician prior to embarking on a meal plan.

Lovely and thick, like homemade soup
Love this soup, has a wee kick to it. Its lovely and thick feels like your eating homemade soup. This soup is blitzed so is a smooth soup, i think there is chilli flakes through it but not 100% sure. The flavour is very appealing and it fills you up. The packaging is a tad awkward to get the soup out as it is quite a thick soup so you need to squeeze the packet (i had it go everywhere) Product rating 10/10
