Cooking Instructions
Simply add the sachet to 100-150ml water and mix together. Heat a frying pan over a high heat and add a small amount of oil/butter then reduce to a medium heat and add the batter to the pan and cook.

Nice texture
These pancakes have a good texture compared to the original exante pancakes. They are not sweet or salty so you can combine them with any topping. The maple syrup pancake mix went straight down the sink as it was far too sweet. These plain ones could be very versatile I'm impressed
