Cooking Instructions
MICROWAVE: Remove sleeve and pierce film lid in several places. Cook on full power, leave to stand for 1 minute, stir and serve. OVEN: Decant into an oven-proof dish and place in a preheated oven for 20-25minutes, syir and serve.Tray is not suitable for oven heating.

Very Nice Curry
This is a great dish for curry eaters. I have to say though, that two of us had one of these each and in both there was just 1 piece of pretend chicken (soya piece) however, I do not think that it needs it in all honesty. Served with a tablespoon of cauliflower rice this made a great evening meal. Not too spicy but enough to satisfy the tastebuds.

I thought this vegetable curry was a lovely taste. I didn't find this curry to hot. It does have some meat free pieces in it, so if you don't like the texture of meat maybe this isn't for you. But I thought it was a tasty, loved the vegetables in this.

It is so hot and contains full of curry. As it is so hot you feel bitter which is sharpness of taste.

Best veggi curry ever
This veggi curry has a lovely rich tasting flavour, it's not to hot or spicy. Finding good vegetarian food when on a diet is tough, but having discovered the Exante ready meals has been been a revelation, I now have a good tasty meal to look forwards to in the evening. All of the veggie meals are very tasty,and are helping me reach my target very quickly, I would certainly recommend them
