To use: Mix with 140ml of cold water in a large microwavable bowl. Microwave for 1 minute (700W). Stir. Microwave for a further 1 minute. Stand for 1 minute before consuming. For other wattages, see manufacturer's manual. Important Information: Use a meal replacement for one or two meals of a daily, energy-restricted diet to contribute to weight loss or to the maintenance of weight after weight loss. Consume as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle, maintaining an adequate daily fluid intake.

Decent breakfast
I like the flavour but not the apple lumps especially. One more star off because it’s out of stock. I probably wouldn’t embark on a weight loss program if I couldn’t get the food.

Delicious
I really enjoy this product not only for breakfast but an anytime meal as it’s so easy to make. It has the right amount of apple, a nice consistency, sweetness and a lovely flavour. Will continue to buy this porridge.

Delicious and filling
I used only 100 ml water as i read in the reviews and i microwave for one minute and apple cinnamon poridge come out creamy,delicious and so filling. Thank you EXANTE DIET i lost so much weight with your wonderful products!

Loved the apple oat mix for breakfast, as its not available now I ordered the apple cinnamon porridge thinking it would be the same. BiG MISTAKE!! I made it as per the instructions and all it was, Was a watery vile tasting soup.. I did still suffer to eat it because of the cost, I have 6 more to go!! I gagged all the way through it. BRING BACK THE APPLE OAT MIX PLEASE

One of my favourite breakfasts
Easy to make and has great flavour. I sometimes add extra cinammon powder and stevia for a really sweet breakfast.

Favourite Breakfast
This is my favourite breakfast. It is very sweet and the apples make just a bit tangy. The cinnamon is the perfect spice to bring this all together.
