To use: Mix with 140ml of cold water in a large microwavable bowl. Microwave for 1 minute (700W). Stir. Microwave for a further 1 minute. Stand for 1 minute before consuming. For other wattages, see manufacturer's manual. Important Information: Use a meal replacement for one or two meals of a daily, energy-restricted diet to contribute to weight loss or to the maintenance of weight after weight loss. Not the best
I wanted to try something new in the way of meal replacements instead of shakes, unfortunately this didn't wow me. Following the instructions and even using less water as directed it is still very runny and not as tasty as I would have thought it to be. Now I do realize it's a diet product but I would have expected better

Gloop
The golden syrup porridge is far too sweet and the texture is disgusting. Nothing like porridge more an over sweet warmed up mouse with bits of hard oats in it. Will not buy again

Absolutely awful!
I would give this no stars if I could! Absolutely awful I can cope with a gloopy consistency and have been known for not being fussy and eating anything but this is disgusting a horrible chemical taste and tastes nothing like golden syrup! This seriously needs looking into and changing because it is dyer!!

Very sweet...perfect for me
I found that this was a little runny so I add a little less liquid to get the thick consistency that I like, It's very sweet which suits me as I do have a sweet tooth. As with the other Exante porridges, I find it quite substantial and keeps me going till lunch.

Not nice
The oats had a very weird texture and the porridge itself had a very strong taste. I wont be having this one again.

Awful product
I'm new to exante and currently working my way through the 4 week trial box. Awful, awful product. The taste is absolutely vile, a cross between cornflour and salt. The smell was strong and overpowering too. I forced down a few mouthfuls whilst holding my breath but the texture was too overwhelming - a jelly like clay. I hope all the products are not like this!

Very sweet and runny
I tried this twice. First following the instructions and it came out very runny and too sweet. The second time I used less water and it was foul. Thick, gloopy, salty not nice at all.

Pretty good
I really like 'normal' golden syrup porridge and this was quite nice but a little bit too sweet for me. Other than that, I had no issue and will probably order again.

Sloppy and salty
Following original instruction it was like water. Had to nuke for 5 min+. Today added 100mil water and nuked for 4 min and it’s much thicker. But it’s extremely salty and sweet.

I’m torn with this porridge! The taste is lovely but it’s too runny for a porridge! Going to try and alter the water to see if that improves the consistency.
