Exante Diet works by replacing three of your daily conventional meals with specialised formulated diet products called Total Meal Replacements. Having Three Exante Total Meal Replacements a day will provide 100% of your recommended daily allowances (RDAs) of vitamins, minerals and nutrients. Our meal replacements are available in a variety of soups, shakes and bars. We recommend having a shake, a soup and one bar a day, however the choice of product is up to you, some clients prefer shakes only and others prefer a mix of all products.
Exante’s unique own brand of Total Meal replacement products have been formulated with a cleaner label in mind. This means that our products don’t contain artificial colours, aspartame, monosodium glutamate, or genetically modified products!

Exante Diet has a programme for almost everyone.
You don’t have to worry about attending any inconvenient and embarrassing group sessions. Exante Diet puts you in control of your diet so you can go at your own pace. We advise you on which Solution you are eligible for during the checkout by assessing your health. All you need to do is have three Exante Diet products a day, no matter which of our Solutions you are following.

Our nutritious soups and shakes are quick and easy to make; just add hot or cold water to taste and blend with an electric hand blender, and always keep a bar handy for whenever you need it! Our chunky bars are handmade in the UK, and are one of the most popular products Exante Diet offer. They are extremely different to our competitors.
You only need to have 3 Exante products a day no matter which of our Solutions you are following. Some other meal replacement companies have 4 packs a day. The volume of our products is the comparative so we find that 3 packs a day provide a more substantial meal. If you prefer 4 meals then you can split one of shakes or bars into two meals instead of one – just make sure you have a total of 3 packs a day for 100% RDAs.
How to use the Products / Exante Diet Programmes
Exante Diet has 3 main programmes Total, Working and Simple, plus an additional one to help stabilise your weight. You need to have 3 Exante products a day on all of our programmes, although you can have additional conventional food on our Working & Simple Solutions. Here are our three solutions below:
Total Solution - Exante Diet Total Solution provides all your nutrition in 3 meal replacement products a day. Total Solution is a Very Low Calorie Diet (VLCD), providing around 610 kcal (calories) a day, and is a safe, fast and effective way to lose weight quickly. VLCD’s have been around for quite a long time and have a proven track record for great weight loss results. Find out more about the Total Solution.
Working Solution - Exante Diet Working Solution provides you with around 1000kcal (calories) a day. You will have 3 meal replacement products and one low carbohydrate, high protein meal per day. Find out more about our Working Solution.
Simple Solution - Exante Diet Simple Solution is a low calorie diet which allows you to combine meal replacement products with calorie controlled meals. Simple Solution provides you with around 1200 kcal (calories) per day from 3 Exante meal replacement products as well as calorie controlled meals or snacks of around 600 kcal. Which Solution Should I do?
We carry out a medical check during the checkout process to find out which of our Solutions you are eligible for. As Exante Diet is not a medically monitored programme we need to check your Body Mass Index (BMI) and health before ordering. We do this by calculating your BMI and then checking to see if you have any of the medical contra-indictors for Exante Diet. If you would like to check these before ordering you may do so:
During the checkout we will use your results to determine whether you are eligible for our Total, Working or Simple Solution. Your Solution will be determined after you have selected your products in the shop and gone to the checkout.
