Calculate Your Body Mass Index (BMI)

The first Stage of the Medical Check is to calculate your BMI. You can do this using our free calculator – BMI Calculator.
Once you have calculated your BMI you must check the following Medical Contraindications for Exante Diet. Once you have completed this check we will be able to let you know which one of the Exante Diet Solutions you are eligible for. You can view them online - Contraindications >
The results are in! You will now fall into one of the 4 categories below. We will check this information at the checkout stage after you have ordered. Remember that you need 3 Exante products a day no matter which of our Solutions you are following, so any of the products in the shop will be suitable for you. If you want to see which solution you are eligible for before the checkout - the table below should help you determine this.

You may fall in the underweight category. Although you are only classed as medically underweight if your BMI is under 18.5, Exante Diet is unable to sell weight loss products to any person who has a BMI of under 20. Exante Diet products would be unsuitable for you to use as they have been designed to help people lose weight. We would recommend that you consult your GP for guidance on a weight gaining program.
You fall within a healthy weight range for your height. As you do not need to lose weight you may wish to use the Exante Diet Simple Solution from time to time to help maintain your weight.
We would recommend that you consult your GP before embarking on any weight loss programme.
