I gained weight after having the contraceptive injection. I’ve always been a happy size 12 and maintained my weight with healthy eating and exercise. After gaining the weight i could not lose it ... I tried everything and every diet with no results.

Since day nine I have been eating healthy meals and no snacking and have continued to lose weight.
