Brenda's Story ...The16th July 2009 was the day I started Exante™ Diet – I had spent a couple of weeks researching Total Meal Replacement diets as I had decided that over 17 stone on a 4’ 11” frame and wearing size 24 was pushing my luck.
I have always been a big girl, at school I think I gained a stone a year once I got to secondary school, had a brief time of being around the 10 stone mark at about 18 years of age after a really bad crash diet, ate nothing but fruit for weeks on end, but since then I have gradually crept up and up and up. Approaching the big 50 gives you pause for thought and I had said I didn’t want to be fat and forty, nothing happened then and I was determined that was not going to be the case this time. Lisa’s Story ...I’m so pleased with my success with exante™. I lost a total of 1 stone and 1 pound, and have dropped a dress size. I feel much better than before and have lots more confidence in myself.
I put on weight following the birth of my children and although I managed to loose most of the weight naturally I couldn’t shift about a stone and a half. I tried several ‘diets’ and eating plans but my weight just came off and went on again. Read more ... |

Emily's Story ...It dawned on me at the age of 33 that I cannot really remember a time in my life when I wasn’t overweight. My sister and I are very close; in fact we work together as chefs within contract catering and have battled constantly through our lives to lose weight.
I was eating the wrong food at the wrong time of day including lots of coke and latte coffees. There are probably very few types of diets that my sister and I haven’t tried between us, always managing to lose a little and then gain the lost weight plus more. Read more ... |

Cheri Lin's Story ...I’d had an issue with my body and my bum especially for years. I absolutely hated it; I was a typical pear shape, smaller on the top and larger around my bum with heavy thighs.
At 16 I weighed 10 stone but then when I started to have contraceptive injections the weight piled on and I quickly went up two dress sizes. I was so disappointed that I went to see my GP and he stopped the course and put me on the pill. I thought my troubles would stop but they didn’t and I continued to gain weight and even went up another dress size.
As a last attempt my GP put me on the mini pill – hurrah this time it worked and the weight gain stopped, but by now I was several stone overweight and my weight issues had really only just begun. Read more ... |
