How many products do I need?
PHASE 1: REBOOT
During this first 12‐week phase you’ll replace all your usual meals and snacks with TDR products to achieve significant weight loss rapidly and safely. You need to have four products a day to make sure you get all the essential protein, vitamins and minerals you need. You’ll also need to drink plenty of water and take a fibre supplement. You’ll learn more about this at your first session.
PHASE 2: REBALANCE
During this six‐week phase we’ll support you to return to eating “real” foods as you gradually replace your TDR products with healthy meals every two weeks. You’ll start with three products a day, move to two products a day and finally one product a day in the last two weeks. You’ll learn more about the meals and snacks you’ll be introducing in the sessions.
PHASE 3: RETUNE
Over the remaining 7‐8 months of the programme we’ll help you build healthy eating and activity habits into your day to day life. You’ll have 3 meals and 1‐2 snacks a day and won’t need any TDR products in Phase 3, except in certain circumstances that you’ll discuss with your Coach.
How to order Exante products while on Momenta
Over the course of the Diabetes Remission Programme you’ll need to order quite a lot of products. For example, having four products a day in Phase 1 means you’ll need 112 products a month, for 3 months! And then more in Phase 2. We’ve broken up the ordering for you so you don’t have to order all the products in one go. You might not know what you want at the beginning, your tastes might change over Phase 1 in particular – and most of us don’t even have the space to store hundreds of sachets, bars and pots! At specific programme sessions we give you a Voucher code to order your products for free and remind you how many you’ll need each time.
Easy online ordering:
Go to Momenta’s dedicated webpage on the Exante site. Simply add the products you want to your basket until you’ve reached the correct number for that order, as shown on the ‘dial’ on your screen. Once you’ve checked your selection and are happy with it, continue to the next step.
Using your Voucher codes:
You’ll need enter your Voucher code so you’re not asked to pay for your products or delivery. Each code is unique and you can only use it once. Voucher codes look like this: 2407‐3F18‐4CD3. If you lose your code or it does not work, please contact the Momenta Support Team.
Receiving your products:
When your delivery arrives, check your order is correct. Sort your products into the order you’ll use them in and store them in a cool, dry place.
Momenta x exante
Momenta programme participants should focus only on pages accessible ‘www.exantediet.com/momenta.list’ (any page with ‘Momenta’ in the URL). The rest of exante’s site is for a broader, less-specific audience and often not relevant, or even confusing, for Momenta participants. Please do not download the app or sign up to the newsletter as messaging and content will be different. Also, please ignore any offers on e.g. free delivery that pop up or feature at the top of your screen – ALL your products and delivery are free for you if you use your Voucher codes.
