How to Stay Healthy this Autumn Season

The battle of wearing your cosy winter jumpers and sweltering vs clinging onto your summer clothes in the wind and freezing to death has begun! Autumn in England is unpredictable, to say the least, and with the constant temperature change, it’s no surprise that most people get demotivated with their diet and wellbeing around this time of year. So, we’ve put together some useful and simple tips for how to stay healthy this autumn season.

Eat the Season

Although Autumn means the nights start to get darker and the weather a little colder, the great news is that you get to taste so many delicious fruits and vegetables that are in season. Not only do they all taste great, but buying things in season are often cheaper as they are more readily available. Here are just a few of the foods that are tasting great this Autumn:
