We all know baking can be often be difficult when on a diet, but @exantebeachbabe2022 is here to share her delicious low calorie Banana Bread recipe, made using the much-loved banana meal replacement shake.

Low Calorie Banana Bread

The recipe makes 1 banana bread loaf, which slices into six. Only 150 calories per slice, it’s a no-brainer 🍌 Plus, it’s made using our low sugar, high protein meal replacement shakes, which also contain gut-friendly* prebiotics!

You will need:

– 2 @exantediet banana shakes
– 2 small bananas
– 2 eggs
– 40g oats
– 1 and 1/2 tsp baking powder
– splash Coconut milk
– small handful of Chocolate Chips

Low calorie exante baking banana bread

Method:

  1. Whizz your oats into flour in a blender and pop into a bowl
  2. Add the shake powder, mashed bananas, eggs, baking powder and coconut milk. Blend until smooth
  3. Line your tin with greaseproof paper and spray oil. Pour mixture into the tin and dot with chocolate chips (optional of course)
  4. Bake at 180 for 35 mins
  5. leave to cool
  6. Enjoy a slice with breakfast and yoghurt or on its own as a protein snack
