Good and ok
4Loved the box lots of variety but struggled with the hot meal option. Been on the plan a few weeks it really works but will chose the shakes and bars and stay away from the hot food options

5Love how varied the flavours are. No matter my mood or how I'm feeling in any given day there always seems to be something that takes my fancy. The products are convenient and easy to make up which negates the excuse that other eating plans have where you say to yourself. Oh I cant be bothered to make something... Being in the military im never without energy and always have the ability to carry out my daily duties despite my massive calorie deficit. Finally the results. Im on week 6 of the 800 plan and I've lost inches where I needed to and the numbers on the scale just keep sliding down. I absolutely love this product and constantly recommend this to people who ask what I've done to loose my weight.

5Ordered the curry meals very nice best so far.Also ordered plain porridge which is very nice. Orders always come well packed and quickly. Plenty of special offers so they are affordable.Having done the Cambridge diet which is a lot more expensive.

5I've been on exante since March now and I've lost over 3 & 1/2 stone And managing loose more to reach my goal weight I've tried all different diets over the years but this had been best diet I've ever been on, if your thinking of doing exante I would 100% recommend it.

5When I saw this advertised I was a little dubious, as I’ve been on diets similar and they have not been all as expected, I went on the website and looked through the info and I thought this seemed a short term solution to kick start my weight loss, looking at the offer, which I thought were so good, and inexpensive, to some diet plans, after doing my own research I decided to order the 2 week plan, it came within a couple of days of ordering, was very organised inside the box, I read the ebook so I knew exactly what I was doing, so I started, the shakes are amazing, they taste exactly as the flavour says, non grainy, the bars are also very good, completely satisfying too, everything I had in the box was very good quality, when you need to lose a tremendous amount of weight, like myself, you need to have products that are going to be substantial enough to satisfy your all your cravings, it is a big drop In calorie intake, but if like me you want to see results quickly, but healthily, then this is the diet for you, I will be ordering again and would love to share my journey with others once I’ve reached a sensible weight, any diet you do is never going to be easy, determination and will power are key, but also if you enjoy the products your eating/drinking then it’s a definite plus, thank you exante !!!!!
