What is Omega 3 Super?
Omega 3 Super is a high strength fish oil designed to provide unrivalled levels of the fatty acid EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (Docosahexaenoic acid). Omega 3 Super contains a minimum of 530mg EPA and 90mg DHA. EPA and DHA are long chain fatty acids that have been shown to provide a number of health benefits. This product is manufactured using the PureMax™ proprietary process which guarantees responsibly sourced, pure and potent fish oils.
Why use Omega 3 Super?
Omega 3 Super provides EPA and DHA at levels that contribute to the normal function of the heart influencing high blood pressure and the body's inflammatory response. Taking 3 softgels a day during pregnancy provides enough DHA to contribute to the normal brain development of the foetus and breastfed infants, maternal intake contributes to the normal development of the eye of the foetus and breastfed infants.
Take 2 to 3 softgels per day.
