5I have been having the shakes for over a month now and I have loss 1st 6lbs. The shakes are a godsend, this diet is easy to follow and the shakes are delicious, I like all flavours banana, strawberry, chocolate, lemon cheesecake, chocolate orange mint chocolate cherry and berries, plain Chocolate cookie and cream plus plenty more it's ideal for me plus the cooking side of things I don't have to do. As it a milk shake you add your water and you would not think it is just water that's been added. It got a texture of a milk shake. So if your wondering whether to start the diet or not. What have you got to lose but weight and body fat. Which is happening to me nicely.

Just the best tasting diet shakes
5Over the years I've tried a fair few diet type shakes so I wasn't expecting great things particularly but wow how surprised was I !!! I'm absolutely loving using Exante shakes and have lost 1 st in 4 weeks as just doing 2 shakes a day and very light meal. 5 more stone to go. I adore the caramel frappe and Toffee flavours but I also love to have the coconut shake with a shot of espresso :D This diet works and I've even got my ultra sceptical husband using them and he loves them as well. Just have lots of ice in the freezer to make them with :)

Im an exante addict........❤
5I recently took my shakes on holiday.....it was way too hot to eat so knowing i had all i needed nutrition wise in a drink was great. Im home now and have yet to hit the 3 x a day routine to shift some more pounds but with a kitchen full of gorgeous flavours its always a smile moment when im choosing breakfast and lunch. Great flavours ( especially banana) and so simple.....i thunk im addicted ❤

4 Week Meal Replacement
5I was a bit dubious on what these shakes would taste like as I have tried other brands in the past, however I was pleasantly surprised, I have 6 flavours to choose from: Chocolate Strawberry Vanilla Creamy Coconut Honeycombe Cookies & Cream I love the first 3, and the next 3 are growing on me. I don’t feel hungry at all and have never drank so much water in my life!! I could not drink water on it’s own and now I’m drinking up to 10 pints a day! Wow! I would recommend this diet to anyone, I’m in ‘the zone’ and want to continue with this to achieve my goal!!

5These are so tasty no nasty after taste and keep feeling full. Up till the next shake lost just over a stone so far slowly but surly

Superb
5I love this diet. Not having to think about food, for me, takes away the stress of dieting. My favourite shake is the honeycomb and most of the others are very nice indeed.
