The 5:2 diet pack can be used for your 2 fasting days each week. Eat healthy, balanced meals 5 days of the week and the other 2 (non-consecutive) days of the week, enjoy 3 Exante meal replacement products. All Exante meal replacement products are enriched with over 22 vitamins and minerals and are high in protein and fibre.
To use, add water and follow the instructions outlined on the individual product packs. It is important that products are used as directed and that you maintain an adequate daily fluid intake. For best results add 20 minutes of exercise daily.

Good (however)
These shake are good and the best tasting that I have tried, however the Peanut snack bar that was sent in my pack was the worse thing I have ever tasted. So much so I had to bin it. I really was the inedible. Will re-order shakes but not the bars

Amazing flavours!
I started my exante diet 2 weeks ago, so far i have lost 14lb and im absolutely over the moon! I didnt think I'd enjoy the diet as i thought i wouldn't like the taste of anything but i absolutely LOVE everything i have ordered so far! My favourite bar so far has got to be the strawberry jam and yoghurt. So much flavour and fills me up till my next meal. I really enjoy the beef in blackbean and the hot and sour noodles for lunch time and i look forward to going to sleep at night so i can enjoy my porridge oats in the morning! The white chocolate and raspberry bars are delicious also, along with the peanut butter bars! I can't wait to order my next shakes, smoothies and meal replacements!

Loving 5:2
Started the 5:2 as a last resort after gaining weight over the last year, and trying absolutely everything I could to get it back off! I've only been doing the plan now for two weeks and I can already see a difference, I'm so pleased! I was not completely convinced it would work, but now I would recommend to anyone!! The shakes and bars are amazing, having them feels a treat they're so tasty!! Will be ordering my next batch soon!

1st venue into Exante
I have found the entire 1st experience with Exante first class. So far with my starter pack my favourites are cherry berry shake banana oh who am kidding I haven't found a bad shake yet.

Great shakes and bars
Really like the shakes and bars included in this pack. I agree with other reviews; the lack of choice is disappointing as you end up getting more of the "standard" flavours and only a few special ones (some of which listed I didn't receive at all). I would recommend this as I've been using them during my fast days twice a week and in 2 weeks I've lost 6lbs.

Disappointing
Slightly disappointing that there is such a small combination of the shakes and bars suggested in the description. I received only Cherries and Berries Shake, almond vanilla shake and Chocolate mint shake when there are so many more to choose from, plus a small selection of bars. An excellent quality product, as ever, but ordering in this way makes for a boring few weeks on the plan! It would be better if the description of the product was more specific.

4 week 5:2 fasting pack
Extremely disappointing! Received x6 Cherries and Berries Shake, x5 almond vanilla shake and x5 Chocolate mint shake and no raspberry/white chocolate bars. Very misleading that none of the shakes advertised were received or even exchanged for a better variety. Will definitely not be making another purchase and will be contacting trading standards!

Fab products, they all taste great & it came as a nice selection, I think the lemon cheesecake shake is my favourite  And the strawberry jam bar Been doing this for around 2 weeks now and can already feel & see the difference! Fast delivery & would fully recommend trying Thanks Exante great products!
