How to use Exante Diet Pizza Mix (7 Per Box)?
The Exante Diet Pizza Mix (7 Per Box) can be used as part of an Exante Diet plan for quick weight loss or as a meal replacement to complement a calorie-controlled diet. Preheat your oven to 205c. Pizza - Empty the pizza dough scahet into a bowl and add 70ml (2.3 fl.oz) of cold water. Mix until well dissolved. Spread the dough on a tray lined with greaseproof paper and place in the oven for 10-13 minutes. Once cooked leave to stand for 2-3 minutes. Tomato Sauce - Empty the sachet into a small bowl and add 40-50ml of warm water and stir well. Heat in a microwave on full power for 15 seconds. Spread the sauce on the cooked dough. Both parts must be consumed together.

This is the best thing iv eaten since being on this diet So nice to eat with s knife and fork Took a while longer in the oven, base was soft , but so tasty. To cut down on calories I put mushrooms (cooked in micro) and red onion Can't fault it
Got my pizza kit - got the 7 pack of dough but no tomato sauce packs??? Disappointed
Was a bit sceptical about this but wanted something with some texture. Dough smells like bread and sauce smells like pizza. To be honest in a blind taste test you could still easily tell the difference but it makes a nice change and by VLCD standards this tastes nice.I will experiment a bit with adding some protein and veg but it is fine on its own. Poeple seem to have trouble with this sticking but I cooked mine on non-stick tin foil with no issues at all. I would recommend this product.
Really enjoy the pizza mix. I add Schwartz Italian seasoning and ground chilli to the sauce. Have a little cheese, onion , mushroom and black olives on top. Take out of the oven after 7 minutes then add sauce and toppings then finish cooking. Lovely with balsamic dressed salad.
I have been open minded trying all the different options exante offers and even those that didn't quite hit my taste buds the first time around I have retried however the pizza mix is the exception it has a real fake chemically smell and the taste is awful and very salty!! The tomato sauce is the best thing about the whole meal!! And it didn't even make me full ended up having to break diet and have meal with fiancé!! Shame considering I have enjoyed the meals so far!!
Great for when the family are having pizza takeway I have these pizza and dont feel I am missing out
One of my favorite meals as when the family have a pizza tea you can join in. Spreading the mix can be a little difficult as it is very sticky. I find if I spray my spoon with Fry Light it is much easier to do.

The pizzas are amazing, it feels like a real meal and you can add a few extras to it on food week to make it even better. When almost everything else in the diet is quite liquid, the pizza gives you something to get your teeth into...fabulous!
These are a revelation! You feel like you're being really naughty by eating pizza but you're sticking to your weight loss plan. I love adding cooked mushrooms and onions as toppings to mine, and adding the diet BBQ sauce makes its feel really indulgent. Who knew you could still enjoy pizza while loosing weight!
After a first disastrous attempt I decided to make this my own way and was a complete success. Completely ignored the instructions on the box. 70 ml water..made dough and spread on a circular teflon sheet. 3 mins each side under very hot grill and i had a lovely crispy base. Watch it carefully so does not burn. Meanwhile pan fried a red onion and some mushrooms in 1 cal oil..then when base ready added the tomato sauce to one side of the frying pan and heated through. Topped base with sauce..then spread my vegetables on top. Finished with 50 cals of serrano ham. Was superb!! Try it this way..was a decent pizza. Yum
Ok so it dosnt exactly taste like the real thing but it was still ok. I left my pizza base in the oven a little lpnger then stated so I got a nice crispy crust and I actually got it. Not so keen on the sauce but I still ate it.
I really like the Exante Pizzas, although I was very skeptical at first. The base is a lot like herby dough, which really hit those carb cravings. The sauce is nice and generous, and it's easy to assemble. I use a small amount of 1 calorie cooking spray on a piece of baking paper and my bases have never stuck even a little bit. But the best thing about this is that you can add your own low carb toppings (depending on your plan). I usually go for mushrooms, because you can have a larger amount of them than some other things. I soften them first in a pan, mix them with the sauce and pop them on the base, and then put it all under the grill for a min. While this is never going to be the same as a takeaway pizza, it's probably the closest Exante option to a full, non diet meal that I've found.
After reading feedback from others was a bit unsure of the 'pizza' However, I rather like this product. Ok so it isn't much like a real pizza, but it does taste good. Base is good if you're missing bread as it turns out a bit bread like. Just make sure you use non stick liner or there's no way you're going to get it off your baking tray! Topping is nice too, bolognaise style of sauce. Will be buying again
I have only tired this once, It was very filling but I did add some ham to the top. After reading previous reviews I had used my low cal spray to prevent the base sticking to the paper. The Pizza turned out ok, but it is low carb so defo a different type of pizza. I have a box with 6 left so I will be trying additional herbs in the base next time.

I did not like this at all, It came out fine (did not stick) but I couldn't bare the taste, didn't like the taste of the sauce. I even tried to add toppings to make it taste better. Not for me.
Honestly, having read all the reviews, I was somewhat reluctant to give these a go. They are fantastic, really.. Mine haven't stuck at all. I made up the mix, let it stand for 5 mins or so, then spooned it on to a greased (1cal spray) piece of tin foil. Didn't stick at all. It made a large flat bread type 'pizza' (more like Moroccan or Arabic flat bread) and then I covered it in the sauce. My recommendation would be to go easy on the water in the sauce to make it more 'pizza topping'-like but the flavour was great... Really really good product! If you are hesitating, like I was, give them a go... I have LOTS of weight to lose, so these have just added some real variety and texture to my diet. Fantastic!!!
I find that the pizza base really fills me up. It does stick to the baking tray once you've managed to get it off the spoon and doesn't really resemble pizza more like a herby Yorkshire pudding. I wasn't keen on the tomato sauce either so I tend to eat it with some of the allowed veg ie mushrooms. I would still recommend though as it makes you feel very full up.
I managed to make the pizza base and without sticking, but does all the exante food have that really quirky taste? I my tasted exactly like the noodles to me, I couldn't eat it all one because I was full and two because of that taste...
