Cooking Instructions
MICROWAVE: Remove sleeve and pierce film lid in several places. Cook on full power, leave to stand for 1 minute, serve. OVEN: Decant into an oven-proof dish and place in a preheated oven for 20-25minutes, serve.Tray is not suitable for oven heating.

Great meal
I was happily surprised how nice these meals are. This is really tasty and filling, especially if vegetables are added. I will eat some of these even if I am not on a diet anymore. They are nice to have as a 'treat' now and again instead of the sachet meals.

Beautiful!
I bought some of the Weight Management meals for us to try, and last night my mother had this one. I tried a bit of hers, and she tried a bit of mine. She soooo got the better side of the deal lol... This tasted like Heaven! Real mashed potato on top, and the filling was so delicious with the veg. Definitely recommend it! Just like the VLCD range, these are so convenient. No need to refrigerate, a few minutes in the microwave and its done to perfection.
