I have been a yoyo dieter all my life, but never have I done a diet as truly amazing as Exante's VLCD plan before.

In 2012 I was suffering with stress and anxiety and I used eating as a way of dealing with my issues. I didn't realise just how big I had become because I lived in baggy jumpers and baggy leggings. By January 2013, my size 18 clothes were starting to get too tight so I told myself: ''this is it, it's time to sort myself out'', but I still just couldn't seem to be able to get into the right mindset. My younger sister recommended Exante's VLCD (very low calorie diet) plan because she had been following it for two months and had achieved incredible fast, safe and effective weight loss results. She had lost in total an impressive three stone! I decided to give it a go. I placed my first order of 50 Exante Diet Shakes and a Winter Warmer 4 Week Bumper Pack at the beginning of February. The hardest part was getting on the scales, I weighed in at a whopping 15 stone and I was absolutely mortified.

I set myself a target of losing 4 stone by the end of May. The first few days were tough, but once my body became used to it, it was just so easy. Don't get me wrong I had days where I wanted to eat the whole content of the fridge but I was strong and stuck with my diet plan. I followed the Total Solution plan and I'm proud to say I never cheated once. I didn't always have a fantastic loss, I even gained 1 lb one week but I knew that I hadn't cheated so kept with it.

I found the Facebook groups an enormous help. As well as the main Exante Diet Facebook page, Exante also have an official closed Facebook group which is great if you want to keep things more private. All of the Exante Diet success stories on their website kept me focused. After being on my diet plan for about ten weeks, my work colleagues started to notice and made comments on my weight loss, complimenting me on how good I was looking, which was a huge confidence boost. When the end of May came around, it was time to see if I?d reached my weight loss goal so I jumped on the scales I'd done it! A total of 4 stone gone! I felt great!

Unfortunately I didn't follow the maintenance plan and slowly went back to eating rubbish, and by early November could no longer fit in my size 12 jeans. I jumped on the scales and was ashamed of myself, as I had gained back 2 stone. That was a big enough kick up the bum to get me back on track and back on Exante. Once again it was easy and the weight started to fall off me. By Christmas 2013 I was weighing in at 10 St 10lb.

I've managed to maintain my weight loss by still having my three packs a day but bulking up the meals with quorn and vegetables, and having the odd treat when i feel like one. I'd still like to lose another 10 lbs but I'm not in any rush to get it off. I'm finally happy with how I look and have a new obsession - clothes! Thank you Exante for giving me my mojo back.
