Q: When did you start your weight loss journey?

A: After I had my little boy, I really wanted to lose my pregnancy weight. I needed something that was quick and simple, when I didn’t have time to look after myself and I needed to look after him.

Q: Why Exante?

A: It was so convenient. I could just grab an Exante product and go and I didn’t have to worry about it.

Q: Did you have any reservations before you started?

A: My reservations were that I would be hungry! I’m a real foodie so to just have shakes, bars or smaller products I thought would be a big challenge for me, but actually that wasn’t the case at all.

Q: Did you have a favourite product?

A: My favourite products were definitely the shakes. They were nice and quick and easy and I loved the chocolate orange and the chocolate mint ones because it felt really indulgent being able to have a chocolate milkshake for breakfast.

Q: When did you start seeing results?

A: I did 4 full days of 3 products a day to start with and then just couldn’t resist getting on the scales! I needed to see a result, and I’d already lost 4 pounds in 4 days!

Q: Can you feel a difference?

A: I’m back in all my pre-pregnancy jeans so it’s really worked for me. It’s made me feel a lot more confident. I don’t feel like a frumpy mum, I feel like the person I was before I got pregnant which is great.

Q: How do you use Exante now you’ve lost the weight?

A: I still use Exante, it’s kind of my go-to if I’ve had a bit of an indulgent weekend. I like to be able to go out with my friends to go out for dinner, and then to be able to reign it in have a few days were I just use the products. I instantly feel less bloated, which is great. If I’m in a bit of a rush in the morning and I don’t have time for breakfast I just grab a shaker and my packet and away I go..

Q: Would you recommend Exante to a friend?

A: I’d definitely recommend Exante to a friend, I already have, I had a couple of spare shakes at home and I sent them in the post to one of my friends and I know that some of my friends who follow me on Instagram have gone on to order after seeing the products that I’ve been using.
