Q1: What made you decide to lose weight?
A: I went to the shop and I tried a wedding dress on and I couldn’t even get it over my hips.

A: I discovered Exante through my friend. She had tried the diet and it had been really successful for her. I’ve tried 90% of the other diets out there and I just hadn’t been successful and I wanted to give Exante a go!

A: I found Exante worked well for me because I could always make shakes at home and take them with me or just grab a bar.

What was Amal's Motivation?
Shopping for wedding dresses gave Amal the motivation to do something about her weight; “I went to the shop and I tried a wedding dress on and I couldn’t even get it over my hips. I’d lost a lot of confidence by gaining weight and I just wanted to feel like myself again”
