Option 1: The Complete 5:2 Diet Plan
The 5:2 Diet Plan is based on five days of healthy low calorie eating, and two fasting days. Here is an example of how one week on our Complete 5:2 Diet Plan would look.
For five days of the week, enjoy four x calorie-controlled meals from our Weight Management range. For two non-consecutive days use 3 x 200 calorie Exante Diet VLCD Shakes to restrict your daily calorie count to 600kcal in total. Consuming all three Exante VLCD Shakes on these days will ensure that you are receiving 100% of your vitamins & Minerals. You should drink 2-4 litres of water per day spread comfortably throughout the day.
