Exante Printed How it Works Guide

I am over the moon at the results of Exante diet plan. I started on 1 January 2022 and have stuck to the plan after purchasing the month box. So far I have lost 11 lbs in 3 weeks! So, so pleased with results. Every product I have tried has tasted great and I havent felt hungry. It has highlighted to me how many times I used to snack and portion control too. The juice enhancer was particular useful to add to the water. I will definitely be purchasing more products from Exante as I have a goal to loose more weight for my daughter's wedding in Sept. 2022. Another 3 stone would be great. It has also encouraged me to exercise more more and get toned to wear those terrific clothes to look good in with a slim toned figure. I cant thank Exante enough for this wonderful diet and as I have hypertension too it would be terrific to get off the blood pressure tablets. The NHS approval was an additional surprise but the evidence of that recommendation that exante can reverse Hypertension (high blood pressure) and T2 diabetes really has boosted my determination to succeed. The evidence is there and speaks for itself. Please do yourself a massive favour and get yourself healthy in 2022, you deserve it.!

I enjoy going on Exante . The amount of diets that say you will lose weight and still eat anything are wrong ! Exante gives you a massive choice of foods that say you can eat anything of their range and still lose weight , they are right :-) . It is also great 'cos you can jump in and out of Exante if your weight goes up . I am addicted to the strawberry shakes and lemon bars .. Yum Yum !!! Thank you Exante

Heyah beautiful people. I could really do with help on meal ideas as I'm very picky and paranoid about what I can have at the minute I'm just eating chicken with mushrooms onions and peppers with abit seasoning and vegetables with a litte bit gravy i don't like salads I don't like tomatoes but I can eat tined tomatoes in a sauce if you know what I mean? Please help a girl out 😁😁

I was introduced to this plan by a friend, 2 weeks in and 9lbs lost, so very happy. Shakes and soups are really tasty and surprisingly filling. Cant wait to see what the next few weeks bring. Products help with portion control which are ideal for me and are really quick and easy to prepare

Very informative but wish there were more approved foods and possibly some recipe examples to start you off

I ordered a trial box featuring 3 bars and drinks. I was highly delighted with the products, the bars were brilliant, best I've had for a slimming product, large, tasty and a satisfying chew! the drinks delicious, mixed very easily, nice flavours, easy to drink and I felt full after having one. The delivery was stunningly quick, I couldn't believe it less than 12 hours after ordering I had the parcel! Very competitive prices makes dieting like this affordable. Good explanatory brochure too. Very pleased will be ordering more.
