How do I make meal replacement porridge?


It’s easy to make exante porridge! If you buy one of these Porridge Pots, simply mix the dry ingredients with a spoon before adding 150ml of boiling water approximately 1 cm below the edge of the cup. Stir properly and then leave it to stand for 5 minutes. Finally, stir again and serve.


If you prefer exante breakfast meal replacement porridge oats that come in sachets, mix the contents with 140ml of cold water in a large microwavable bowl before microwaving for 1 minute (700W). Stir. Microwave for a further 1 minute and then let it stand for 1 minute before consuming. For other wattages, see the manufacturer’s manual.
