I’ve loved this. Its really given me a great kickstart to my weight loss. I’m halfway through week 2 and lost a stone now. I wasn’t expecting them to be as nice as they are but my word so good! The bars do mostly have the taste and texture of other protein bars (except the yoghurt and jam ones which are exactly like a cereal bar) but that’s not a massive problem for me. I have found that my appetite has decreased and I’m finding myself less likely to snack. I’ve made a list of all of my top favourites so I can buy them all again! Definitely make sure to drink at least 2L of water as well. Honestly so good!!!

Pro and cons

Was please with the arrival of my box and I love the pancake mix, soups are ok but hate the shakes as feel I haven’t eaten Bars are yummy and I’m guessing one product per meal…. No information about… can I snack on fruit etc, I’m a runner so probably need more.

Great variety

Really enjoyed this. I got the 2 weeks box to see if I would get on with the products. Safe to say I really enjoyed them and lost 8lb in the 2 weeks. Would definitely reccomend.

very sweet

I have found all the shakes to be overly sweet, and they do not always shake fully so there are lumps sometimes. The soups and chilli tasted a bit like cardboard. I am onto my second week and lost 2 kilos.

Morning starter

I absolutely love to start my day with a Latte shake. It is so delightful, its a wonderful substitute for not only coffee but also because it's filling that's breakfast all in one go. No kettle to boil, no toast waiting to pop up, no trips to the cupboard and fridge. It tastes gorgeous, all the shakes are lovely you would never guess they had not been made with milk or cream, just water, smooth and shake easily without lumps, excellent.

Such an unexpected delightful choice of tastes and textures.

I am amazed at the variety of meals there were in my recent two week diet pack order. I mostly prefer savoury meals but the sweet ones were a delight also. The tastes and textures were perfect for me and the results on the scales confirm my desired weight-loss will be achieved and I intend to carry on using Exante products until I lose well over four stone. I will be changing from an 800 Calorie plan on to a 1200 Calorie Plan and will go onto a real food plan for two or three weeks then go back onto an 800 Calorie plan. No more dieting boredom with Exante and, of course, the Water Flavour Enhancers help me achieve the difficult task of drinking as much as four litres of water a day.

" Week Diet Plan

Well who'd have thought I'd have been able to survive a whole week of, basically not eating?!! I've held on to my Starter Box for at least 8 months, so you can tell I was eager to give up me grub ! I don't consider myself a 'sweeties'-person: definitely prefer savoury over sweet. But I went into this thinking I'd try everything with an open mind. What have I found: that all that I've tried this first week has been more than palitable. So far, only found one bar I (personally) wasn't keen on: Peanut Butter. But the jam and yogurt and salted caramel are (IMHO) very nice. The mushroom soup is really OK, although I found it a little sweet. But I've drunk gallons of water; pee'd for Britain, haven't eaten anything I shouldn't have (loved my 220cal dinners, mind) and have avoided the weighing scales. This morning's weigh-in finds me 5.5lb lighter! I'm into Wk 2 now and I've just ordered another 2 weeks-worth of the stuff I really liked. Hopefully, I can get a stone off in that 4wks. I can then decide where to go with this. But I definitely had to give it a go. Give it a try..
