How to use your exante 4 Week Plan
Your plan is designed to be a total meal replacement diet. It is designed especially to help people with a BMI of 30+ to lose weight quickly and effectively. 4 week diet plan
This was exactly what I needed to kick start my exante journey. The 4 week diet plan pack has everything I’ve needed , fantastic variety so I can make small changes each day to help me stay focused and the flavours taste great. I lost over 8lb in my first 2 weeks and I’ve continued to stay focused, not only that but I feel great too! Thank you!

Great selection.
Got a lovely varied selection of items to try. Overall I from the shakes to be good, loved the cinnamon swirl and surprisingly the vanilla. Not a big fan of the cheesy egg breakfast meal, won't be trying that again. Love the gooey chocolate pudding. The bars are great too, slightly too sweet for my liking( not much of a sweet tooth) , with that being said I would imagine it would satisfy anyone with a sweet tooth.

Amazing
I can honestly say this is amazing 🤩 ia good selection of flavours that’s its hard to have a favourite ! The shakes and the soups are very tasty and very filling. I have lost 6lbs in my first week and I am enjoying how easy this is , all I have to do is to decide on which flavour I want for the day. I work full time and it is easy to take the sachets to work as all you need is water and the shaker. Thank you 🙏

Cinnamon swirl shake
This product is something else , it’s just a lovely shake to drink . Take the first sip and I say wow and savour the rest of my shake ,just a great product to have in my box.

Absolutely amazing
Bought the 4 week plan, after three weeks, I’ve already lost 16lb, that using 3 replacement meals and having one healthy dinner. This was the kickstart I needed, encouraging me to continue and I’ve even started walking my dogs more (I’m sure they’re well chuffed). Love the Thai chicken soup and the gooey chocolate pudding, will definitely be ordering again - thank you exante x
