Banana shake
5I have never had a banana shake, of any sort. Really thought I wouldn't like them.. But this shake is my favourite, really tastes creamy and smooth.. I find 8 ice cubes 150 ml of water, and throw it all in a mixture !!! Truly lovely !! I would choose to have this even when not on the plan !!

5i got married last september and had my dream day. unfortunately my full time job as a nurse practitioner working unsocial hours. often leaving for work just as the family were on there way home!! Alongside studying at the local university, being a mum of four children, two who were in there final year at university. Spare time what spare time??? Something had to give, unfortunatley for me it was my running and attending my local health club. I was eating the majority of meals on my own and on the hoof. This all culminated in being signed off from work with burn out for three months this. I managed, with help, to turn myself arond and get back to work. My next challenge was to lose the weight that i had gained. along came exante!! i am now attending the helath club again, have lost a stone and dropped a dress size!! i find exante works for me! the days i am out at work i ahve three replacement meals a day. the days at home with family i have two replacement meals and then the same healthy evening meal with the family. I 've just ordered my third bundle and am aiming to loose a further ten pounds. It certainly works for me!!!!

Yummy shakes and bars
5The shakes and bars are yummylicious. I started with a starter pack seven weeks ago and found the bars and shakes excellent. I have since bought more shakes and bars of all flavours and can say I have liked them all. Started diet with Exante seven weeks ago and have lost a whopping 2st and 2lb with another 7st and 4lb to lose so I am in this for the long haul. Good luck to all exantiers new and old it works for me

Love these shakes!
5Recommended by a friend, the Exante Diet has been a great way to help lose weight. I have limited mobility which has caused my weight to increase to a point where I was unhappy with myself. I combine this diet with regular sessions at the gym but my mobility issues mean that I cannot exercise as vigorously as most people. I'm quite picky when it comes to food & knew that the shakes, soups & bars would be the way to go for me. Haven't found any flavours that I don't like, have lost approx a stone in 4 weeks & am slowly regaining my confidence. I am hoping to lose approx another stone so will continue with this regime to achieve my goal and then to help maintain my weight loss.

From fat new mum......
5Love love love!!!! Could not be happier with Exante gained about 3st in.second pregnancy and have lost it all thanks to Exante. Tried every diet under the sun before the 2 nd pregnancy to shift the extra weight gained from the first which took me 4 years. Now im back to the weight i want to be in 10 weeks. Second order coming soon, more of the diet bars chocolate orange got me through the craving days could eat them all day long.

5This is a really great pack to purchase. With a selection of 4 different bars & 6 different shakes you will never get bored. All the shakes are all easily mixed in a shaker.

East Diet
5I found Exante online by accident as I was searching for another well known diet. I firstly noticed the cost was a third less to that of what I was paying. My first bumper pack arrived the day after ordering which was impressive. There is a wide choice of flavours and the bars are delicious. The shakes satisfying. I am yet to try the soups but am looking forward to trying them. I find the more variety in my diet is a sure way that I will stick to it. In 9 weeks I have lost 25 pounds. 3I really like exante how ever only like the shakes and bars. Ordered the 4 week bumper pack and although paid for next day it came about 5 days later and also had different items in the box than stated on the description. I didn't get the choc orange bars had these horrible berry ones. So a little disappointing as the choc orange are my favourite.
