Add our FREE Exante Diet Mousse Mix to one of the shakes for a delightful pudding...

Add 1-2 tsp (5-10g) of mousse mix to your shake or flavoured water and blend thoroughly with a hand blender until completely incorporated. Pour into a serving dish and chill for at least 15 minutes.

For a firmer mousse use less water and/or more mousse mix. If you want more wobble go for more water and/or less mousse mix. Setting time will vary depending on the amount of water and powder used.

You only need 3 of these products a day on any of our diet plan solutions. For best results - add at least 20 mins of exercise daily!
