Nice but you can't beat the chocolate ones
As a non overweight type 2 whose BG has suddenly risen after some time at the borderline level, decided to try the Newcastle diet and chose these shakes as they are also low sugar. Most of them including this one are delicious though the absence of he vegetable soup I purchased originally is a big disappointment. However, the chocolate shake with some added flax seed for breakfast is still far and away the best

Helps to lose weight.
I've been using the shakes for about 4+ years, they are great for helping to lose weight. I've reached a weight that I'm happy with, but I intend to continue using the shakes as they are really nice. A lot like enjoying a milk shake. I have tried about all the flavours at some time. The Caramel, Coffee, Chocolate, Chocolate Mint, Cinnamon Swirl are amongst my favourites, but it's hard to choose a special one as they are all delicious.

The new low-sugar, pre-biotic recipes are vile!
I loved the original recipe Exante meal replacement shakes, especially the Cinnamon Swirl, Chocolate, and Chocolate & Peanut Butter varieties. But the new low-sugar, pre-biotic recipe is vile! The taste is insipid — a pale shadow of the original recipe, and the only effect of the pre-biotic ingredient has been to give me loose (i.e. liquid) bowel movements. Please, Exante — BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL RECIPES!

You would swear you were actually drinking a liquidised cinnamon swirl. Nice thick shake too.

A real help
The varieties of shakes is so mixed, I would be surprised if you couldn't find plenty to choose from. I specially enjoy the ones I call Brown flavours. Coffee, Caramel, Mocha Frappe, and the Chocolate flavours are delicious. The Cinnamon Swirl is a delicious addition to the long list of my favourites. I can't speak too highly of the Shakes, they are without a doubt the best I've ever used. Having lost 5 stone in 4 years, I intend to keep using the Shakes to keep my weight down to what it is now. I went from size 22 to 14, it took a long time but I'll never put the weight back again. Thank you Exante

Amazing
Taste just like a cinnamon bun in liquid form. Amazing. My favourite of all the shakes and they are all great! Such an easy to follow diet.

Yummy!
I never used to like meal replacement shakes until I tried this one from Exante. It actually tastes nicer than some real cinnamon pastries I've eaten before! I am now a returning customer, ordered more of these and looking forward to trying other flavours.

Absolutely Delicious!
The Cinnamon Swirl flavour is absolutely delicious. I’m a huge cinnamon bun fan. I did make the shake with skimmed milk, but I will try it with water next time to see if it impacts the flavour. 10/10 shake.

Nice but not as nice as the previous recipe
Sadly the shakes don't taste quite as nice as before. I loved some of them in my previous orders and they helped me lose weight. I'll have to have a rethink about my next order.
