Your plan is designed to be a total meal replacement diet. Simply replace all 3 meals a day with Exante products for 100% daily nutrition and increase your water intake to 2-4 litres per day.

I decided to try the Exante Flexi plan and have been doing so for 3 weeks. Admittedly I haven't stuck to it as much as I should and have still been eating my favourite foods but have still managed to lose 5lb! Imagine what I could achieve if I stuck to it... The flavours of all the shakes are so nice and all of the products surprisingly fill you up for a good few hours. I wasn't too keen on the savoury items included but they just aren't to my palette. All in all really good value and really tasty! The double choc bar and the strawberry/chocolate/vanilla shakes are sooooo good.
So I have been using this for 3 days now and tried 4 different tastes and products, unfortunately they all taste the same and the meals are so sweet that it's making me feel sick. How even so much sweetener can be healthy? I won't purchase this again.

Very easy, packs and bars are great tasting, varied, and I’ve lost 2.5inch in a fortnight!
