Once consumed, Glucomannan aids weight loss* by absorbing water and gently expanding in your stomach. INGREDIENTS: Inulin, Glucomannan (20%), Concentrated Cherry Juice (Emulsifier (Acacia Gum)) (6%), Natural Flavouring, Acidity Regulator (Malic Acid), Colours (Beetroot Red, Beta Carotene), Sweetener (Sucralose).

Consume 1 sachet (5g), 30 minutes before meals, 3 times a day:
1) Pour 200ml cold water into your exante shaker or glass, add contents of the sachet, shake or stir well.
2) Allow to sit for 1 minute and then drink it all immediately.
3) Follow with a second glass of water.

Cherry sip
I brought this to help me feel fuller before a dinner so I didn’t need to eat so much and it has done exactly that. And I love the sweet taste as I’m really missing my sweet treats so this makes up for that. I’m looking forward to trying other slender sips

I really like this product taste great and fills you up . I have 2 a day which is plenty for me . The only bad point is some of the sachets were split in the box .
Very Cherry
I really liked this, although it's got abit of a gel texture, its tastes good and really does keep you full. Will be buying more.
Perfect addition to the plan
Sweet and fruity and with the strong taste of cherries this is a perfect addition to the plan. I found having one of these before my shake,bar or 200 calorie meal helped fill me up and stopped me feeling hungry during my “hungry”times. You make the drink up with water and you’ll need to give it a good stir. Serve with an ice cube or two. Once you have drank it you’ll need to drink another glass of water to assist the ingredients to work in making you feel full. The box comes with a generous supply and each serving comes in a handy sachet for ease. It would be good to see other flavours and I would recommend.

Does not taste like a diet product
I've just received my order and couldn't wait to try. These definitely didn't disappoint Really fruity tasting and not one bit like a diet product. Quick tip drink it quickly or as I found out it will thicken up. Not sure on how it's helping with the hunger just yet

My Slender Sip arrived earlier today, I just had my second one with my lunch and I LOVE how they taste! Reminds me of Cherryade, tastes really fruity and you can feel it working straight away, I've not felt the urge to snack all day. I bought two boxes (14 days) so I'm excited to see how they continue to work. Thanks exante - great product!
