The pounds do come off
4I love the exante shakes and especially the oats, I find the oats very filling and since it is sweet you don't crave sweet things because the sweetness of the oats takes it away. Exante is the best food replacement out on the market, you would like all the flavours of the shakes my favourite is vanilla banana and strawberry. However, I did not like the meals, I did find it hard to eat, as it does have some after taste, I could live on the shakes and the oats very nice. I have not tried any other products like the bars. I will just keep to what I love. I purchased a box of 50 oats. I managed to loose 1 stone within 6 weeks on the exante ??

4I am halfway through the exante 2 week pack now am enjoying the results. I chose the working solution as I work very unsociable hours and this works best for me. I have chosen not to exercise as I work long hours so the weight will drop slowly but lost 6 pounds in the first week. My favourite meal so far (I haven't tried everything yet) is the Vanilla Shake. Lovely taste and gives me something sweet, I really miss my sweets and chocolate so this really helps my cravings! I love how the website gives you meal plans which you can chose from depending on your solution and tells you if it works with ketosis and how many calories it contains. The only downside to the diet is I find myself hungry quite often so it's difficult to stick to the plan at times but I try to drink water to help as sometimes you think you are hungry but are in fact thirsty. Secondly, sometimes the meals don't dissolve completely, and you are left with a 'crunching sand' sensation which isn't a nice feeling. And lastly is simply that I miss regular solid meals. Overall, I do really recommend the exante diet as I can see it works, most of the the meals taste good!

5Love this diet. Have lost 7 pounds already, only 12 more to go! Great products, keep you full! Recommend to anyone who wants to lose weight quickly and healthily. I am a certified nutrition and weight management advisor and personal trainer so being healthy is key. Wanted to lose my baby weight but wanted to keep training and teaching classes.

5I've just sampled the 2 week Exante Plan. This is an excellent way of sampling a variety of products before committing to more. Was very impressed with the shakes , especially the chocolate & banana ones, no synthetic aftertaste. I would recommend the meals too .........Texture of real food with a nice flavour. Excellent customer service & speedy delivery - this VLCD gets my vote, will definitely be recommending this diet to family & friends. Fab :)

5The shakes and porridge are lovely and very satisfying. I loved the shepherds pie but wasn't keen on the spaghetti bolognaise. Overall the products are great. Its a convenient way to control calorie intake, no measuring or weighing and easy to keep track even when at work. I use the products 2 days each week as I.m following a 2 day fast diet, the other 5 days I, m careful of food intake. As I only have 10 pounds to lose I find this works for me. I will continue to use these products 1 day weekly once I reach my target to make sure I keep my weight down. I like exante because its less expensive than Cambridge and I dont have the fuss of collecting supplies or being weighed by someone every week.

Great Choice
4I received my exante trail pack and I have to say I was massively impressed with it for the following reasons: a) convenience - everything is so quick & easy to make b) variety - I particularly enjoy the spaghetti bolognaise c) efficient delivery The meals do actually fill me up, probably because they taste good and provide the right amount of nutrients my body needs to make it through the day. I am a real fan of this diet because it works (and I've tried them all!)
