The exante 4 Week Fruity Shakes 5:2 Fasting Pack can be used as a total diet replacement plan or use each product individually as a meal replacement to complement a calorie-controlled diet. Eating three Exante products a day will provide you with 100% of your Recommended Daily Allowance (RDAs). Soooo tasty!
I’ve tried shakes in the past and they’ve always had that gritty texture and lack flavour, but these shakes are amazing! So creamy and packed with flavour, I also have a sweet tooth so they stop me reaching for the snacks! So easy to make and they leave me feeling full until dinner, white chocolate and raspberry is delicious!

pleasantly surpised
I must admit I wasn't expecting much......but these flavours are all delicious (maybe the banana one could be a tad more banana-ry) and very easy drink. I actually look forward to a shake and not dread it! They are quite sweet so if you don't have a sweet tooth they may take a little getting used to, but they not sickly or undrinkable by any means. The shaker supplied helps get these shakes really nice and thick too. Looking forward to ordering more!!
