Filling Shakes
I'm 2 weeks in so have had 4 days on these. In this time I've lost 4lbs. Being 11st, this is a large weight percentage in a short space of time for me to lose so I'm very happy. I absolutely love food and think about it constantly so I wasn't sure how I'd cope but these shakes are very filling and I haven't found it particularly challenging to stick to 600cals a day. Even on these days, I still have the energy to do a 20min sit up/ press up/ squat work out in the evening so I don't feel drained. The flavours are okay. They aren't bad tasting but they aren't exactly tasty! For what they are I am impressed. I can't say I look forward to the 2 shake days as I love my chocolate but they are pretty easy to get through with these shakes!

First time trying Exante products and I most definitely am not disappointed. The shakes taste absolute gorgeous and are very filling. Anybody thinking about trying them, do it, you won't be disappointed either. Had great results in only two weeks.Will definitely be buying more 

An exciting buy
Ordering was swift and delivery equally. There was one shake pack mission but have contacted and am assuming it will be replaced. Started diet today and first shake tastes good.

Great products!
I love the shakes! the flavours are amazing and the individual packages make it so convenient everyday! Its a perfect portion and they blend so well with ice to make a great smoothie :)

Exante 8 week 5:2 diet pack
Very easy to order. Delivered promptly within 24 hours. You can track your parcel and change delivery day easily. The sachets are easy to use and the plan is easy to follow. I am losing both weight and inches, which is great and enables you to stick to the plan!
