How to use Exante Diet Porridge Oats?
The Exante Diet Porridge Oats can be used as part of an Exante Diet plan for quick weight loss or as a meal replacement to complement a calorie-controlled diet. All Exante Diet soups, shakes, bars and meals are enriched with over 22 vitamins and minerals and are high in protein and fibre. Eating three Exante Diet products a day will provide you with 100% of your EU Recommended Intake (RI) for vitamins and minerals.
Mix the contents of the sachet with 140ml of cold water in a large microwavable bowl. Microwave for 1 minute (700w). Stir well and microwave for a further 1 minute. Stand for 1 minute before consuming. For other wattages, see manufacturer’s manual.

I expected the porridge to taste very salty and not like porridge at all. However I was pleasantly surprised - absolutely delicious. It is products like these that make the diet easier to stick to
I have always loved the porridge, for a meal replacement it is extremely convincing! The flavour and texture are virtually the same as normal porridge, and portion size is plenty enough to pass off as the well known branded sachets! Perfect if you are trying to keep your exante journey private. I even gave my gran one to try who hates the idea of any sort of diet, she refused to believe meal replacements taste nice let alone fill you! She was literally eating her words! :)
I absolutely love these porridge's, they are very easy to make and are excellent value. They taste great and are not too sweet if I want a change I just add a dash of cinnamon. I find them satisfying and they keep me full till my next meal. Thank you Exante.
Found the easiest way to make it is to put 200 ml of boiling water in jug and whisk with a small balloon whisk. Leave a minute and whisk again. Sometimes i need to add a bit more water. It is yummy, I could live on it.
The porridge Oats are Exceptionally Tasty and very filling. You can easily mix it with just the right amount of water to get the consistency you require. I've occasionally added a little nutmeg which makes a change to the norm. Really recommend this one.
