Cooking Instructions
Empty the packet into a bowl and add 100ml (3.4 fl.oz) of cold water. Stir well and leave to sit for 1 to 3 mintues. Heat a non-stick pan and add a small amount of oil or frylight. Pour your mix into the hot pan and ocok over high heat for a minute on each side.

Delicious
These are definitely my favourite meal from exante. I could eat these all day and not get bored. Really yummy taste just like the real thing. Definitely will be buying again.

I wasn't expecting much from these pancakes as i'm still getting use to the whole diet plan and finding it difficult to adjust. However these pancakes were good, they smell nice, not too salty and it feels like real food. Will be buying them again.

So good it feels like cheating!
I'm not a fan of normal pancakes so I wasn't expecting too much from these but oh my goodness they are delicious. I make lots of small pancakes and they fill you up nicely, the maple syrup flavour is just enough and it really does feel like you're having a sneaky treat rather than virtuously sticking to the diet...win-win.
