For porridge, place 2 scoops (55g) of mix into your bowl and gradually add 125ml of boiling water whilst mixing. For a thinner consistency add more water. For overnight oats, use cold water and refrigerate overnight before consuming. For baked oatmeal, use cold water and bake at 160°C for 20 minutes.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Substitute two of the main daily meals of an energy restricted diet to contribute to weight loss or one meal for the maintenance of weight after weight loss. Great taste
I really liked the texture and flavour of this oats. It makes a difference to the standard porridges I will definitely be buying this again. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family

A bag of oats
exante products are now missing more then they are hitting these days. I got an expensive bag of oats with a smattering of chia seeds and powdering and TERRIBLE FLAVOUR. I though it would be reduced oats like the sachet, apple and cinnamon porridge, as this is meant to be a low carb diet program. I wasn't expecting a full bag of OATS. I will not buy again.

Yummy!
I never really do reviews but I had to for this. These taste like a lovely soft sweet bread bun. Really big and filling and not overly sweet. Exante should make a savoury version of this as they would make a great bread substitute. Can we get plain or savoury in these next?? Defo stocking up on these.

Ignore my bottom review
Do I just retried this and it's like I've tried 2 different products... I didn't shake the pouch the first time and it'd seem I just had a bowl of flavourless chia seeds.. shake the pouch beforehand and omg - so much flavour and sweetness..

Will try again
Very filling and loads of chia seeds buy I struggled to get much flavour. I will keep trying and tweaking it however as I really want to love this - love cherry flavours.

Tasty & Filling!
This is one of the nicest porridges I've tasted! Creamy, fruity, and absolutely filling (I lasted 5 hours before feeling hungry again). Will definitely try other flavours. Recommended!

Quick, simple and yummy
Tried these larger pouches for the first time today. Much quicker and easier than the individual pouches. I think feedback has been taken note of in relation to the amount of water as it was spot on. Quite a strong, sweet cherry flavour which I liked, but might not be for everyone. Yes it is a little bit pastey but this is diet food and I will definitely buy again. Looking forward to trying the others now.
